My team built a website to study the impact of Gamer Vote, politicians playing video games to encourage political engagement, in recent elections. Our focus was the interaction between people and their technology. 


Recent examples include Fortnite maps, AOC's live streams, and Biden's in-game advertising.

My two-person team developed a communications plan to guide Bumble—a popular women-centric dating application—through crises like COVID-19.

The work is more broadly applicable to other companies with international audiences that need to vary their strategic messaging across user segments.

Hallmark Names Alexis Kerr to Lead Mahogany Brand

​

I was the lead researcher and project manager for the Hallmark Mahogany Brand search for its first Vice President, a brand that has honored and celebrated Black culture for more than 30 years. 

​

"Kerr brings decades of experience in brand and business growth within the automotive industry, primarily with General Motors. Her most recent position was head of multicultural marketing for Cadillac, where she grew the multicultural brand presence by 40 percent and consistently increased sales and market growth."
